How to submit a ticket
Your Translations Cloud client area allows you to submit a ticket or a technical request to our technical department. Thanks to this feature you can quickly submit special requests to our team.
Note: We suggest you to contact our support forum before submitting a ticket.
How to submit a ticketOnce you are in this page you will be able to:
- See a list of your previous tickets
- Submitting a new ticket
Now you are about to start a new ticket
How to reply my tickets
From your tickets list you can click on a ticket to open it.
You will have access to a complete history of your ticket and you will be able to submit a reply.
|Note: you can't reply to a closed ticket, you will have to open a new one.|
Of course, an email notification service will notify you of new replies and updates.
