Suspension of the service
this is an official announcement from the team of TranslationsCloud.
We decided to provide a new complete system for projects management, and this will imply a temporary suspension of the service. TranslationsCloud will be available as an extra module of the service “Ticketing.One”.
The two services will be merged into a completely new brand.
During the development and implementation of the two services, translationscloud will be shut down.
In future, the new brand will be accessible from its dedicated domain name, and translationscloud will be kept as an informative-only website.
The new brand will provide multiple services to our customers, and TranslationsCloud will be FREE OF CHARGE forever for all of you members that already have an account here.
Note: a coupon code will be sent to you by email address to access translationscloud for free, forever.

Where can I ask for support?
You will be able to access the support service here, and (better) on https://help.ticketing.one - until the new brand will be available.
Can I see the new services in preview?
Of course you can, but this will require you to be hired as part of our Beta testing team. You will help us with the development with feedbacks, suggestions, etc.. and you will be able to use the service in preview.
Can I use my coupon multiple times?
No, the coupon is a single-use voucher, and there is not need to use it again: it is lifetime.
Can I share my coupon?
No, each coupon is personal and can be used only once.
Will I lose my translations, etc ?
No, Of course. All your translations, projects will be safe.
But please note that you will have to re-create your accounts (translators) from zero. Only the main (founder) account will be transferred.
How Can I login the new service?
As soon as the new brand will be available, you will receive an email from us with the insurrections for the login and your coupon code.
